WIP...

Work is progressing steadily but at a low pace, need to increase my speed, happily Saravanan sir asked Jai sir to help me with the HUD and UI and he is giving me a hand. For the first time i did my ship model and it came out horrible... :( but i guess it will do for the game. The first crane and its accompanying buildings are done. The industrial section is done. Cant elaborate since time is really less.

    pretty interesting work well,cry engine has basically all the programs, on hand from basic animation to programming, re-spawning and character shooting enemy shooting but my question here is what program did u work on, cause working with model, creating breakable assets, like Boolean Destructible's, LODs and basic rig with the charter is already there what new did you create, level looks cooll may i would be wrong in judging the work but work with cry for a long time you need to create loads programs too for the game its not just placing the object or character story mode and what scripting knowledge you gained in it, please don't mind, cause every designer needs to know the perfect engine, and your are just 3 steps back to achieve the goal.

Something new...

After many days of not going to college (due to fever) today i went to college despite the rain and reached there to find that i am the only soul in the college. In the afternoon sanjay came in and we started discussing the game we were doing. After sometime we decided that we will do something about the dissertation and since my diserration was nil i decided a new topic. I thought of doing 3D HUD for new generation games, i presented it to harish sir and he wasnt quite convinced and so was i. The topic didnt have a bang to it so then i had to change it again. After sometime i met Zayed in the office and he was there for the admission of his friend and i told him that i was blank about dissertation and he told the topic, Realtime Physics in next gen games and well for a designer thats a tough topic but then i told this to Harish sir and he felt the same thing. Bye bye laptop

Well yesterday was the final blow and my laptop crashed again, so i have no other choice but to give my laptop for service. I looked through my phone for a service center and found one called Rashi Peripherals and they were the closest one so i decided to give it to them. I used the location app to pin point the exact location of the shop and thankfully i reached there without asking anyone for directions. The app showed me which bus, where to get down and where to turn, thank you google. Well i saw the place and it was huge, divided into 3 floors. The service floor was on 2 so took my laptop there and waited as they gave me a number. My number came and they asked me what the problem was and i told them that there is bluescreens and the occasional clicking sound from the HDD, they told me to take the laptop out and they were dumbfounded, i mean the people in the entire room was looking as i took out the biggest laptop (i think) they have ever seen.
