Hey guys, how are you all doing. Well i am bed ridden :( , yesterday i couldnt get up from bed, now i am feeling much better. I hope i will feel better by tomorrow...

More modelling...

Still modelling things for the game. But things just seem to cause problems here and there. The file converters and stuff is causing a major head ache. We tried using .obj which is a standard conversion but then too when importing from 3ds max to maya seemed to cause problems and the scale of things was varying. Then we decided to go with .fbx which is the native format for autodesk applications but when i was converting my models it would always ask me for triangulation and that would lead up to a triangulated mesh which proved hard to unwrap. Then came .3ds we decided to use 3ds max on both ends so that things go smoothly but that too failed miserably... I think in the upcoming days there will be a breakthrough and lets see what happens...

Work is progressing steadily but at a low pace, need to increase my speed, happily Saravanan sir asked Jai sir to help me with the HUD and UI and he is giving me a hand. For the first time i did my ship model and it came out horrible... :( but i guess it will do for the game. The first crane and its accompanying buildings are done. The industrial section is done. Cant elaborate since time is really less. VIEWS HAS REACHED 5000 thanks to all my views... when i started my blog i never expected 5k views. Thanks to all and GOOGLE too for creating blogger... Fire in the hole...

Well officially i am becoming a pain the ass to sanjay i guess i wasnt able to do anything for the past two days. I mean literally i was wasting time and now i know why, i was getting sick. The doctor told that it was a mild fever but my dad doubts thats its something else because i often get sick. Well after that i got a shot in my butt from a nurse and couldnt sit for sometime. Well i feel much better now but i feel really hungry i dont know and the paracetamol makes me a wee bit drowsy too. Well in terms of work i thing i need to put things in overdrive. Thinking of doing a lot of stuff but nothing really works out. In room time moves slow and in college it moves in light speed. Well i guess i better get to work fast and do the pre-production stage of things within this month end and start with production. I have my own portfolio to do and i am thinking of making something different too but things never seem to work out. I hope things will get better eventually the sand on th...
